Modern, fully equipped apartment for your comfort
Our 34m² modern apartment welcomes up to 5 people comfortably with a range of equipment and services to ensure a relaxing holiday. When you arrive, you’ll have all the essentials available: hand soap, toilet paper, salt/pepper/herbs/spices, and more. The beds are already made – bed linens and towels are provided. And when you leave, you only need to tidy up – full cleaning is included.
The custom-built sleeping area has comfortable beds, one 140 cm bed at the bottom, and one 120 cm bed at the top (children must be +6 years for use of top bed). The top bed can be shared by two children, if you do not wish to use the 140 cm wide pull out sofa in the living room.
The apartment is strictly smoke free. Ashtray and comfortable lounge chairs are available on the balcony. We’re sorry but pets are not accepted to avoid any allergy problems with our guests.

The Perfect Location
Our apartment is tucked in a calm, open area in the centre of La Clusaz. You can relax with your family while your children play outside, and still be within a 2-minute walk of all shops, restaurants and amenities. When skiing, you won’t need to carry cumbersome gear very far: the apartment is just 50 meters from the Crêt du Merle high speed ski lift which accesses the full ski area. You can even ski right back to the front door.

La Clusaz: an authentic alpine village
La Clusaz is anything but a purpose-built ski factory. It is an authentic alpine village with beautiful chalets and a lovely central square traversed by a bucolic stream.
La Clusaz sets itself apart as a dynamic yet laid back destination. It has become a popular ski resort in the winter, often ranked among the top 10 in France – here, here, and here – and a hiking and mountain biking mecca in the summer, yet it never feels crowded.
The village has much to offer, with excellent shopping, wonderful restaurants, and plenty of activities for children and families.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très agréable, bien situé et très bien équipé. Juste une petite suggestion: il manque un petit étendoir à linge pliable pour faire sécher les serviettes par exemple, en rentrant de la piscine.

Appartement très agréable et confortable, atuant pour les parents que pour les enfants. Juste un bémol, le rideau du coin nuit n’est pas assez occultant (il est trop petit). Nous garderons un très, très bon souvenir de notre séjour à La Clusaz, passé dans ce sympathique meublé.

We love this apartment. The three of us were so comfortable. Easy to come home for lunch in the midday sun. Ski to door. So close to Crêt du Merle lift. Also so close to town. Comfy beds. Love it.

We have come to La Clusaz several times before but this was the first time we’ve rented an apartment and it was fantastic! You’ve kitted it out with everything you could need and more for a fab ski week. Despite the snow we got to ski everyday. The apartment was really comfortable, light and airy and a fab location.

« Parfait » puisque c’est à nous que revient le privilège d’entamer ce livre d’or, voilà comment nous résumerions notre séjour. Logement idéalement situé, aménagé avec goût et disposant d’un équipement de qualité. Nous nous sommes sentis de suite comme à la maison. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement que nous avons trouvé très agréable et en plus nous étions aux premières loges pour le feu d’artifice de Noël.
